During the month of December, the quaint village of i Bersani, in the district of Gropparello, becomes the goal of all those who wish to experience the Christmas season by discovering the atmosphere of past Christmases.
On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the village is transformed into a large Crib scene, populated by life-size statues created by the villagers out of what is to hand, recycled material and what is traditional.
The original Cribs - which are set up at the entrance to homes, in courtyards, on the window ledges, in gardens, on low walls ... - create a unique atmosphere, part of the traditions of the territory.
The characters from the Nativity story are displayed, together with the old crafts, the Magi, the cherubs, to complete the re-creation of Christmas.
The event will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on 8 December and can be visited every day until 6 January 2019.
