Garden of Villa Peyrano at Albarola near Vigolzone
Grandi Giardini Italiani
In the Italian garden, laid out in the 18th century, are three fine Atlas cedars. The large collection of roses is particularly interesting, containing more than 150 different varieties.
The estate covers 40 hectares, 23 planted with vineyards, laid out in the form of an amphitheatre round the villa. A stroll through the vineyards offers wonderful views of the whole of the Nure valley down to the plain of the Po.
The garden can be visited from 9.00 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays by request. In any case, booking is kindly requested.
