Bernoni and Corteletta
Rural buildings in the village of Bramaiano
The two villages of Bernoni and Corteletta contain interesting remains of rural architecture.
At Bernoni (496 mt above sea level) stone buidings remain with gable roofs covered by "ciappe" - large slabs of slate - and others that have had their appearance altered as the result of restoration.
At Corteletta (652 mt above sea level) there is an imposing stone building with a "ciappea" roof. Maybe it was originally an old tower-house.
