The trail, marked by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club), starts from the fountain next to the church in Pradovera at an altitude of 939 m. From here you descend to Colla where an easy country road on the left (west) crossses the Rio del Poggio and then climbs up to Fra i Rivi. You continue on a trail through the woods as far as a saddle, where you turn left and zigzag your way out, reaching the bank of stream. Follow the right bank, staying at the same altitude as far as a flat area, where you turn left to take advantage of a well-marked trail heading towards the Piani d`Aglio. Going through a gate (1038 m, 1.15 hours), at the end of the plateau, climb in a north-west direction over the gravel detritus, without a marker, joining up with path 151 which, a little further on, joins 159 (45 min). This path leads uphill through the woods along a fence before taking the easy rocks that reach the summit of Monte Capra (1310 m, 20 min). You enjoy a magnificent panorama as you follow the crest up and down until the obvious saddle with Monte S. Agostino. Turn left along a variant of the connection to path 151, soon reaching a broad flat space (1107 m, 45 min), where the path joins the rough road for the S. Barbara pass. Heading south-west, you cross pastures and uncultivated land along drovers` trails (not marked) leading to Canadelli (1025 m, 30 min). An asphalt road takes you back to Pradovera in 40 minutes.
