The Ristorante del Biscione lies at the heart of the neomediaeval village of Grazzano Visconti. The traditional cuisine of Piacenza is the soul of the restaurant, which has a tradition of over one hundred years.
There are many local specialities to taste: the typical cured meats of Piacenza, tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, pisarei e fasò (pasta and beans), anvei in brodo (ravioli in consommé), roast coppa (pork dish), stracotto di asinella (casserole of donkey meat) with polenta.
The restaurant has four rooms with 100 places at table as well as a further 100 places outdoors in the square in front of the restaurant. A wide choice of menus is available for groups and for parties or receptions. A special menu is available on Sundays and holidays or you can order à la carte.
