Chapel of the Apparition
The Chapel of the Apparition was built in 1954 in the area called i Frati, near the former local prison.
Inside the chapel, an artistic mosaic by Ricchetti shows the scene of the apparition, with the shepherd girl listening to the Virgin, who appears in an oak tree and dictates her message, which the girl must repeat to the leaders of the town.
In the background are the two boroughs, washed by the clear waters of the river Nure. The relics of the apparition are found in a shrine in the chapel garden.
